Invoice Auditor does not collect your data. Your rate cards, shipments, invoices, and audit results are stored on your device and are not sent to us. We operate no server and have no account system, so there is nothing for us to see.
The app contains no networking code at all. It is not that we choose not to upload your commercial terms — there is no code in the app capable of sending them anywhere.
All of this stays in the app's own storage on your device. It is included in your device backup if you back up your iPhone, and it is removed when you delete the app.
Nothing. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app contains no third-party SDKs.
There is no sign-up and no login. We do not know who you are, whether you use the app, or what you audit with it.
When you import a CSV, the app reads the file you selected and creates records from its rows. The file itself is not copied into the app and is not sent anywhere. It stays wherever you keep it.
A report you export is written to the app's temporary storage on your device and handed to the standard iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there — email, Files, a messaging app — is your choice, and it leaves this app only because you sent it.
The Pro subscription is processed by Apple. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and never reach this app. The app asks the App Store only whether a valid subscription is currently active, and stores no information identifying the purchaser.
This is a tool for freight and warehouse billing work. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Because nothing leaves your device, there is no account to close and no data of yours for us to delete on request. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. If you want to keep a copy of your audits, export the PDF reports before deleting.
If this policy changes, the current version will always be on this page with the date above updated. If a future version of the app ever sends data anywhere, that will be described here and disclosed on the App Store before it ships.
