Terms of Use (EULA)

Invoice Auditor is licensed, not sold. Use of the app is governed by Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The sections below describe how this particular app works and what it does not do. They supplement the standard licence rather than replace it.
Invoice Auditor compares invoices against a rate card and shipment records that you enter. It works out what each charge should cost under the terms you gave it, compares that with what was billed, and reports the differences. Every finding is shown with the contracted amount, the invoiced amount, the difference, and the rule and record it came from.
It is not accounting, legal, or financial advice, and it is not an auditor. It does not contact carriers, file claims, or recover money on your behalf. It has no access to your contracts, your carrier's systems, or any pricing database — it only knows what you type in or import.
Because of that, the accuracy of every finding depends entirely on the accuracy of the rate card and the shipment records you entered. A rate typed in wrongly produces a wrong expected amount, and the app has no way to know the difference. Check a finding against your contract before acting on it.
You are responsible for what you send to a carrier, vendor, or customer, and for any commercial consequence of a dispute you raise using a report produced with this app.
Invoice Auditor is free to use for 5 invoices a month with one carrier. The free version runs the same audit and shows the same numbers behind every finding.
Invoice Auditor Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes those limits and adds missing revenue detection, CSV import, PDF audit and dispute reports, and unlimited audit history.
Nothing you have already entered is taken away if a subscription ends. Your rate cards, invoices, and past audit results remain on the device and can still be opened.
Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no copy and cannot recover it for you. Keeping your own backups — for example by backing up your iPhone, or by exporting PDF reports — is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Do not use the app or its reports to make claims you know to be unfounded, and do not present its output as the work of an independent auditor or of any organization.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It does not guarantee that it will find every billing error, and it does not guarantee that anything it does find will be recovered.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, including loss of data, loss of business, amounts not recovered, or any claim arising from a dispute raised using a report produced with it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
